1. Who we are

Vrindagni is a service of Healing Yagyas Wellness LLP, Mohali, Punjab, India. For anything in this policy, contact hello@vrindagni.com.

2. What we collect

Contact details — your name and email address, when you join the waitlist or purchase a service.
Your sankalpa — the intention and any names you ask us to include in ceremonies. We understand this can be deeply personal, and we treat it accordingly (see section 4).
Payment information — processed entirely by our payment providers (such as Razorpay or PayPal). We never see or store your card number.
Basic technical data — our hosting and analytics providers may record standard log information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site working and secure.

3. How we use it

To perform the ceremonies you request — including speaking your name and sankalpa during the ceremony;
To deliver recordings, schedules, and service communications;
To process payments and maintain accounting records required by law;
To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your sankalpa with anyone beyond the priests performing your ceremonies and the small team that administers the service.

4. Your sankalpa is confidential

Intentions submitted to us are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the officiating priests for the purpose of the ceremony, are never published, and are never used for marketing.

5. Who we share data with

Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) — to process your payments under their own privacy policies;
Hosting and form providers (e.g., Netlify) — which store form submissions and serve this website;
Authorities — only where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an active relationship with us, and thereafter as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (section 7).

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@vrindagni.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18; parents may include children's names in a family sankalpa.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active members by email.
