Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every relationship with Vrindagni to be easy and honest — including the ending of one. This policy explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
Membership (The Vrindavan 27)
- Cancel anytime. Email hello@vrindagni.com or use the cancellation link in any membership email. No calls required, no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full membership benefits until then, and you are not billed again.
- First-month guarantee: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and before your name has been included in any ceremony, we will refund your first payment in full.
- Partial months are not refunded once ceremonies including your name have been performed, as the service has then been delivered.
Single ceremonies
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled ceremony: full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the ceremony: we will offer to move your participation to another ceremony of equal value; if you prefer, a 50% refund.
- After the ceremony has been performed, the service has been delivered and no refund is available. You will receive the recording.
Private ceremonies (The Private Fire)
- Full refund at any time before priests, materials, and dates have been arranged.
- Once arrangements are confirmed (we will tell you when this happens), 50% of the fee becomes non-refundable, as costs are committed.
- After the ceremony has been performed, no refund is available.
Our promise if something goes wrong on our side
If a ceremony you paid for is not performed as scheduled, or your name/sankalpa is omitted through our error, we will — at your choice — re-perform your participation in an equivalent ceremony or refund that ceremony in full. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a recording, we will provide it as soon as possible or refund the affected ceremony.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, via our payment processor. If your card or account has closed, contact us and we will find another way.
