Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

Vrindagni is a service of Healing Yagyas Wellness LLP (LLPIN ACZ-2053), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at G-703, Sushma Crescent, Gazipur, Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab, India ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@vrindagni.com.

2. What we provide

We arrange traditional Vedic fire ceremonies (yagyas), performed by priests in Vrindavan, India, on behalf of our customers. Depending on the product purchased, your name and stated intention (sankalpa) are included in ceremonies, and recordings or live streams of ceremonies are made available to you. Our services are ceremonial and spiritual in nature.

3. Important — no guaranteed outcomes

Yagyas are religious ceremonies performed in accordance with tradition. We guarantee the sincere and authentic performance of the ceremonies you purchase. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific material, physical, medical, financial, or other outcome. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, financial advice, or legal advice. If you are unwell, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Products and billing

Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you will not be billed again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including refunds for single ceremonies.

6. Your information and your sankalpa

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name(s) and intention(s) you submit. You may submit names of family members or others for whom you wish ceremonies to be performed, provided you do so in good faith. We treat your sankalpa as confidential — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Recordings

Ceremony recordings and live streams are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful or malicious content, or use it to harass any person. We may decline or discontinue service (with a proportionate refund of any undelivered, paid ceremonies) where these terms are violated.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active members by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali, Punjab shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
